I am a co-active coach and interpersonal mediator.

I consider myself as an authentic leader and a woman with integrity sprinkled with consistency and persistence. I am passionate about human nature, individuals’ interactions, people’s relations and systems, where they evolve.

I am a citizen of the world. I have lived and worked in Belarus, Italy, the USA, France, Luxembourg and Belgium. I speak Russian, English, French and some Italian.

I was born and grew up in Belarus. My family transmitted to me the values of peace, tolerance and patience, which still resonate with me and guide me in my life. Knowing my values helps me to reveal these of my coaching clients and cherish them.

From an early age I was immersed in Italian culture which opened my eyes to the world and awakened my passion for exploring cultures. It fine tuned my ability to acknowledge and accept other cultures’ dimensions and attributes. In coaching, it keeps me aware of preconceived ideas.

During my University studies I had a chance to work in the USA-my first time living abroad all by myself. In my 20s a quest to discoveries and curiosity for the foreign world brought me to Europe. I came to study in France and started to build my life there together with my future husband.

In 2007 Belgium became the country where I started to evolve in my career. Luxembourg expanded my professional opportunities and reinforced my wish to work internationally.

From today’s perspective I learned how to overcome major life-changing events and could be absolutely present with my clients’ exploration around this topic.

Nowadays I live in Brussels with my husband and kids.

While working within various international environments, I realised that multilingualism, cultural mixing, and confessional diversity are the important components of my microcosm.

The inspirations for my work come from travelling, poetry, cinema and the theatre, learning new languages, reading, and sharing my time with the family and friends.

Mediator (ongoing training by the “Trialogues” A.S.B.L), Belgium
Certificate of studies in Italian culture, language and society from the University of Luxembourg
Bachelor’s Degree in Foreign languages applied in affairs from The Charles de Gaulle University – Lille III, France
Bachelor’s Degree in International relations from the Belarusian State University

Experiences

3 years as a Digital Project Manager for the co-founded Y&N Partners LTD in Brussels.
10 years of professional experience in the International Trade (Auchan in France, Alpha Logica & Global Trade in Belgium, Nizi International in Luxembourg).
14 years of life experience in a cross-cultural environment in 6 countries ( Belarus, Italy, the USA, France, Belgium, Luxembourg).
In Luxembourg I have founded a non-profit making organisation “Russian Women’s Club” and volunteered to be Red Cross certified for medical and social services.
